PAYMENT METHOD

  1. Navigate through our site, find the items you wish to purchase, selected your size and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
  2. Review your items in your shopping basket, click the ‘Shopping Basket’ located in the top right hand corner of the page.
  3. Click ‘Go to Checkout’ to complete your order via Paypal or Internet Banking (please include reference when using this option).

Please note: Jo Kidd takes no responsibility if payment is deposited into wrong bank account. Please triple check the account number before submitting.

Currently we do not offer a layby service.

VOUCHERS
Jo Kidd Vouchers are only valid for one use and expire 6 months from date of issue.

Jo Kidd Competition Vouchers – maybe used as full or part payment against any goods up to the specified value. No change or credit will be given. The voucher can not be exchanged for cash. Postage additional. Valid for 3 months from date of issue (prize draw date).

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON MY ORDER?
If you have a valid discount code, you must use it to get the discount.  Enter the “Coupon” code at the time of checkout.

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Discount codes cannot be used with sale products or to purchase gift vouchers.

If our website is not processing your discount after a valid discount code is entered, or if the discount code entered is not accepted, please email your order together with your discount code to joanne@jokidd.co.nz.

SHIPPING: Ready-to-Wear

I’ve kept it simple for New Zealand: Flat rate $5.00 – includes rural delivery. An email will be sent with a tracking number once you parcel has shipped.

Delivery is only made to a physical address. No deliveries can be made to a Post Box or Private Bag number.

We use New Zealand Courier Post for all our deliveries. Full details of delivery targets can be found here: www.nzpost.co.nz.

  1. South Island: delivery 1-2 days.
  2. North Island: delivery 2-3 days.

All parcels over $150.00 are tracked and will require a signature.

*Please note that during holiday seasons/our sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

Shipping to Australia: Flat rate shipping of $10.00 to Australia.  Your parcel is sent via New Zealand Post Air Mail. Delivery target is 3-10 working days.

If you wish to follow your parcels journey, please email joanne@jokidd.co.nz for a tracking quote.

You are responsible for any taxes/import that may be incurred during transit or on arrival.  If you are unsure about what these are, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Shipping rest of the World: Flat rate shipping of $20.00 worldwide (excluding Australia). Your parcel is sent via New Zealand Post Air Mail.  Delivery target is 3-10 working days.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, when your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at anytime.

DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL SHOP? 
Currently we are online only so we do not have a retail shop.  We do attend a select number of Markets/Fetes throughout the year and details of these are published on our website and Facebook page.

I HAVE MY OWN STORE AND AM INTERESTED IN STOCKING YOUR PRODUCTS.
